I was born and raised in New York City, and I always look forward to visiting my family during school breaks. I love spending time with my two four-legged sons, Ari and Dogg. I also enjoy watching and attending MLB games, especially the Mets!
I have worked intensely to know our Expeditionary Learning curriculum and the Common Core Standards. I am certain that your child will learn so much this year! I am looking forward to a great year and having a lot of fun!

Please remember:
- We are excited to begin reading our newest historical fiction text, Esperanza Rising. Please make sure your child is reading the assigned chapter every night for reading homework. This will prepare them for the following day’s entrance quiz.
- Vocabulary test every Friday
- There is homework to be completed each week. Vocabulary packets are due every Thursday. Math homework is assigned each night. There will be no Math homework on Fridays or the night before an assessment. Social studies and science homework is given throughout the week as well.
- Please make sure to review and sign your child’s communicator each night.
